Shoulders, Arms and Back -- Day 12

Due to a 4 hour difference between Tony and Ashton's flight, and mine, I decided to go back home and get a workout in before I left.  I know when I get to Mom and Dad's we'll do lots of walking/running (mom will walk and I will run to keep up!), but I wanted to get at least one disc workout in.

So it was Shoulders, Arms and Back today.  This is a killer workout that is supposed to be part of the second 4 week rotation ... but I decided to do it today.  The difficult thing for me was it contains LOTS of push-ups ... something I'm still not able to do very many of.  I'll admit to skipping through the push-ups after the first 3 because I simply couldn't do any more.  They were doing sliding push-ups, one armed push-ups, etc.  Maybe someday I'll be able to do these, but not right now.  I was in fear of getting a rug burn on my forehead from falling!

I recomment waiting on this one until the right rotation as I can now see how a full 4 weeks of the first rotation builds you up for this one.

Now I'm off to shower and leave for the airport.
